Ascend: 403 Error

The cause

• The VetNotes user profile does not have the necessary permissions to update consultations. When updating consultations, it receives an error: “403: You do not have rights to alter this consultation”

The fix

• The Covetrus Ascend support team can update the VetNotes user profile.
