Reuse your messages with custom shortcuts
You can now save the messages your clinic sends to Clinical AI most often, and reuse them with one click. Write a message once, in your own format, and everyone in your clinic can use it.

- Your format, every time. Discharge instructions, handouts and letters come out with the same headings and style.
- Set it up once for everyone. A clinic admin adds a shortcut, and the whole clinic can use it straight away.
- Easier for new staff. New vets and nurses get your clinic’s best messages from day one.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- Discharge instructions in your clinic’s format. Save the headings and order you always use.
- Client handouts. Keep handouts for common conditions, like osteoarthritis, in the same style.
- Referral letters. Make sure every letter includes the details your referral centre asks for.
- Anything you ask for every day. If you’ve typed it more than a few times, make it a shortcut.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”In Clinical AI, click the lightning bolt at the left of the message box. Your clinic’s shortcuts are at the top of the list, under Custom. Built-in shortcuts are below them.
