Manage all your clinics from one dashboard
If your group has several clinics, you can now manage them all from one dashboard in VetNotes. The organisation dashboard shows how each clinic uses VetNotes, and lets you manage staff and settings for every clinic.
Benefits
Section titled “Benefits”- See every clinic at a glance. Recordings, notes and recording length for the whole group, or one clinic at a time.
- Spot who needs help. See who records every day and who has stopped, so you know where to offer training.
- Check notes are being checked. See how many notes vets check in the PiMS within a day and within a week.
- Manage staff in one place. Invite people, change roles and turn off access for any clinic, without signing in to each one.
- One data policy for the group. Set how long audio, transcripts and notes are kept, clinic by clinic.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- A new vet starts at Riverside. Invite them to that clinic from the dashboard, before their first day.
- A locum finishes up. Deactivate their account so they can no longer sign in.
- Monthly management meeting. Compare recordings per week across your clinics for the last 30 days.
- After rolling VetNotes out to a new clinic. Check the staff there are using it, and how long their recordings are.
- Clinical audit. Check how many notes vets have checked in the PiMS within 24 hours.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Go to Settings, then click Administrator dashboard at the top of the page. You only see this button if VetNotes has set up an organisation for your group.
