How to set up client emails
Client emails work straight away. You don’t need to set anything up to send your first email.
A clinic admin should still set two things, so replies go to the right inbox and every email from your clinic ends the same way.
Where to change it
Section titled “Where to change it”In VetNotes, go to Settings → Emails.
What you can change
Section titled “What you can change”| Setting | What it does | Who can change it | Applies to |

| Sender name | The name clients see the email come from, usually your clinic name. If it’s blank, emails come from “VetNotes”. | Clinic admins | Your whole clinic |
| Reply to address | The email address client replies go to. Usually your reception inbox. | Clinic admins | Your whole clinic |
| Email footer | Added to the bottom of every email. Add your clinic name, phone number, address and logo. | Clinic admins | Your whole clinic |
| Email Log | A list of every email sent from your clinic. | Anyone in the clinic can view it | Your whole clinic |
