Adding a new team member to VetNotes gives them access to your clinic's recordings, notes, templates, settings, and integrations.
Who Can Add Members?
Only clinic admins have permission to invite or add users. If you are not an admin and need a user to be added, please contact your clinic's admin.
Admin access can be managed under Settings > Teams & Clinics > Roles.
Steps:
Log in to VetNotes and go to Account, then Settings.
Select Teams & Clinics from the menu.
Click Invite to clinic.
Enter the new user’s email address.
Click Send Invite.
Ask the member to set up their account within 48 hours. Invitations expire after 48 hours.
If the link expires, you can resend the invitation from Settings > Teams & Clinics. Click the email address of any pending invite (once) to resend the invitation email.
If they do not see the email. Ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder and check if the email address was entered correctly.
What this does
The user will access your clinic’s Vetnotes account and including your clinic's appointments, recordings, notes, templates, settings, and integrations.
