VetNotes cannot identify patient

If VetNotes does not automatically identify the patient. Please do the following:

  1. Go to a clinical record of the patient.

  2. Close other EzyVet animals that are open as tabs

  3. Close any other browser tabs, that EzyVet is open in

  4. Refresh the page

If this does not work, please email [email protected] a screenshot of the full EzyVet page including patient ID, that this is not working for.
