Ascend: 403 Error

What to do if VetNotes says "Error sending to Ascend (403)"

The cause

  • The VetNotes user profile does not have the necessary permissions to update consultations. When updating consultations, it receives an error: "403: You do not have rights to alter this consultation"

The fix

  • The Covetrus Ascend support team can update the VetNotes user profile.

  • Please contact them with the message:

When updating consultations, VetNotes is getting a 403 Error "You do not have rights to alter this consultation". Could we please update the VetNotes user profile to have the appropriate permissions?
