To determine the problem, find the note in VetNotes, and look at the message in the bottom right corner of a note.
This message will indicate if the note was "Synced" or "Error"
If it says Synced, but the note is NOT in RxWorks
This means the note was successfully sent to RxWorks. However, if it doesn't appear in RxWorks, then it may have been accidentally overwritten.
Here's how this occurs:
The note in RxWorks is in Edit Mode.
VetNotes sends it's note to RxWorks.
The user in RxWorks saves the note that is in Edit Mode.
During step (3), VetNotes' note was overwritten by the content that was in the Text Box at the time of saving.
How to avoid this:
VetNotes will send it's note across approx 1 min after stopping recording. Therefore, after pressing "Stop Recording" avoid pressing "Save" in RxWorks on the current consult's note, until VetNotes' content becomes visible. (Approx. 1 min after Stop Recording is pressed).
How to fix this when it occurs:
Go back to the note in VetNotes, and press the "Resend to PMS" button. At the bottom right of a note.
If it says Error Sending
This means that there was an error during the Send Process
It will automatically re-try within 15 minutes, incase of a temporary outage of your RxWorks server.
If, after 15 minutes, it has not synced across.
There may be a temporary error on either the RxWorks or VetNotes side
Press the "Resend to PMS" button to try again
If error persists, there may be a connection issue, please contact support on [email protected]
