What device do I record on?
You can record on a computer (if it has a microphone).
Or, a mobile device:
Recordings & notes will automatically sync across devices.
Eg if you record on your phone, it will appear in your VetNotes account on the computer.
How do the notes get to my practice management software (PMS)?
There is two options:
Use one of the VetNotes integrations and VetNotes will automatically send the note to your PMS.
Record in VetNotes, and then copy/paste into your PMS.
Can I use my own note template?
Yes. VetNotes can write in your existing style and template. See the templates tutorial here
Do I need client's permission to record?
This varies by jurisdiction.
Many vets say "Do you mind if I use this software to listen to the consult and take notes for me?" or similar.
Generally, we see very high uptake amongst clients.
